Communication is a two way process. The actors involved in the process of communication are the sender and the receiver. Both sender and the receiver are equally responsible to make the process of communication smooth, effective and uninterrupted. The process of communication doesn't become smooth , effective and uninterrupted when barriers come along the way . The barriers come along the way because of the sender as well as the receiver. We call them sender ; Oriented barrier and receiver oriented barriers. These barriers are the obstacles. Unless we remove these obstacles, we don't become successful to communicate smooth, efficetively and in an uninterrupted manner.
Communication has to be smooth, effective and uninterrupted. The sender and the receiver are equally responsible to make the process of communication a successful one. The sender and the receiver must seriously understand the adverse effects of barriers. Once they do so, they must consciously turn every stone to keep the process a communication away from barriers.
