Oral communication is use of words orally. A speaker has a good and great role to play in this form of communication. The words that is uses carry 7% significants . Likewise articulation contributes 38% and body language contributes 55% in the process communication.
Words must be very carefully chosen in oral communication. Words both denote and connote a meaning . The formal would almost be literal translation of the word. It is something like a dictionary meaning . Whenever, there is a difference between the two , it can lead two what we all a sarcastic remark. This is also evidence in the tone and voice modulation.
